Been here since May of this year. Working on one of their Pharma contracts. Impressed with the high level of expertise in this sales force! Gone are the days of underachievers or less than stellar reps working on contract. This company hires outstanding, quality performers and I'm very happy here!

Cons

Working on a contract makes almost twice the admin required... Quintiles and the contract company's to a degree. More attn paid to metrics such as CPA than I'd like but it's for obvious reasons; accountability to the contract.

Cons

All the great people with experience and that made this company a great place to work, have either left or laid off. The culture has changed a lot in the last few years.
