Pros
I have had great managers most of my time at the "Q". Rewards for work well done. Great teams of people dedicated to working hard and doing whatever it takes...going the extra mile, supporting each other and respecting each other (at least that has been my experience over 8 yrs) Systems have improved over the years making the work of the CRA a bit simpler once you learn them- but good luck learning them. Never any issues with taking vacation when you wanted. I was able to get on studies I preferred especially at SSV's if you liked the study you were able to inform the PM of your interest... and lucky for me that happened several times. I did feel appreciated... I was happy but overworked.
Cons
Management does not listen when a CRA says, I have enough work, please do not give me any more... but we have no one.. has been the response. Work way too many hours and they still want more. Absolutely no work balance... that is why I left.
