Pros

The people you work with are really supportive, nothing is ever too much trouble. Always so much to do and lots of opportunities to improve things. Hard work is recognised and you feel really appreciated. Really enjoyable day in, day out and no two days are the same. Really love my job!

Cons

None at the moment, everything is great.

Pros

Senior leaders are there to help. No seriously. I recently had a very unexpected absence and unable to work. The reassurances and support from my direct line manager and support from senior leaders helped put my mind at rest during a time when I was significantly poorly and needed to rest and recover.
