Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review, although we were surprised and disappointed by your comments. We work hard and with #Passion to make IRIS a great place to work and provide an environment where we really care for our staff. For our sales team, we provide coaching with a personal development expert, a social club in our Manchester Office, leisure areas with a jukebox and pool table, and great career opportunities. To thank them for their hard work, we are delighted to operate a variety of incentives and competitions throughout the year. Just recently, we were pleased to reward one of our commercial employees with an electric scooter. We are also excited to announce that our Elite Club are going on a luxury trip to Las Vegas this year. We also place a large focus on employee wellbeing, which is supported through a range of initiatives, such as company-funded private healthcare, training for Mental Health First Aiders, and Mindfulness courses and our 3 Giving Back Days focus on raising money for charity and helping our local communities. We also pride ourselves on providing a range of career development opportunities across the IRIS family, from funded and free training, sponsored apprenticeships and other educational qualifications, and our own mentoring scheme, which encourages employees to share their knowledge and expertise in support of their colleagues’ progression and development. Importantly, we value all of our employees’ feedback and encourage you to use Peakon, our monthly survey tool, to share your ideas with managers and senior leaders, who can instantly view this feedback, and act on ideas and respond to comments. Induction was good and colleagues have been really supportive. Its fast paced, lots going on and the opportunity to really expand your skillset.

Cons

Have to be able to deal with multiple things, quite a steep learning curve.

We are also proud to support the hundreds of employees who are nominated each year to join our High Potential Programme, which provides employees with the opportunity to network, gain new skills, and self-reflect on their own development through a range of activities to develop their career with us. We appreciate that we are a fast paced and ambitious organisation, establishing clear goals and objectives on a regular basis to our global family. We do our upmost to communicate our plans and priorities and ask our staff for their input and feedback to organise our workloads effectively. We run a monthly Peakon survey which allows employees to provide immediate, real-time feedback to managers and leaders on the tasks they are working on and any suggestions. We also provide training modules on ‘How to Deal with Pressure, Stress & Pressurised workloads’, ‘Time Management’ and ‘Mental Wellbeing & Resilience’, as well as build and promote a range of IT tools to help our teams manage their workload. Pros

The people, the people are great! All have a can do mindset and a passion for customer focus. It’s not for the faint hearted and can be challenging but you have the gift of improving processes, challenging status quo and creating the strategy to drive the business forward

Cons

With all companies, systems, data, insight action and striving for the best process can be challenging but they are aware of this and encourage thinking outside the box

We really value employee feedback, and are proud to use Peakon, a monthly engagement survey, which encourages our employees to give honest and anonymous feedback about their work experience. Here they can propose new ideas and suggestions, which can be instantly viewed by managers and senior leaders to make an impact. We are delighted to have launched two fantastic programmes this year to evolve our processes and delight our customers: our IRIS Help Hub and Gainsight. Our brand-new help hub, which provides individual help centres for our range of products. This includes 18 help centres which provide information and knowledge articles on the products for both colleagues and customers. Gainsight is a fantastic tool that helps our product and customer success teams analyse how our customers are using our services and where we can better support our clients.
