Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, although we are surprised and disappointed by your comments. We are proud to reward our employees fairly for their hard work and are pleased to be certified as a Real Living Wage employer, meaning we commit to paying all UK staff a salary that enables them to live well in Britain today as calculated by the Real Living Wage Foundation. We also run an annual salary review process, which includes external benchmarking data to make sure we are paying competitively compared to the market. We have a dedicated pay scale governing many of our payroll teams, to enable them to grow their salaries as they develop their skills and experience. We care deeply about our employees’ wellbeing and mental health and are extremely proud to have been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing 2022. This accolade was given on the basis that our employees felt well supported here at IRIS and praised our great range of mental health and wellbeing support – including trained mental health first aiders, a weekly workplace support group, company-funded access to talking therapies, wellbeing apps, an Employee Assistance Program, and Mindfulness training. We're very sorry to hear that this wasn't your experience, and would encourage you to reach out to Stephanie Kelly, our Chief People Officer, to discuss your concerns in complete confidence. Through acquisitions and organic growth, we are also delighted to have continually welcomed people into our managed payroll team, including 208 new starters across Managed Services in the last 12 months. We look forward to welcoming even more fantastic employees into our family to delight our customers and help us continue to be a Great Place To Work™. We’re always looking for ways we can be the best we can be, and we would welcome any further suggestions. Please reach out to the HR team or email EmployeeFeedback@iris.co.uk. We wish you all the best in the future. Kind regards, the HR team

Pros

The pay is somewhat decent but that’s about it

Cons

Marketing and sales team is ran by a condescending, sales driven, rude and other things il refrain with every year financial year they trim people count and then do it all over again in the new year! Madness! There are no processes, no people culture, pressure on everyone to deliver always, and even if you are really good they will want more blood and sweat. CMO is useless, just agrees to everything anyone tells him, has no back bone and no ability to stand up for his team, does not deserve to be CMO and just hides behind others who are doing things and he just agrees to his bosses

Pros

Great team communication. Manager willing to help out as much as they can. Manager always their to support you.

Cons

Poor Pay, no room to grow within the business as why would they pay 2 people the same wage to do the same job when they can keep you as a 1st line and not have to pay as much money.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are delighted that you recognise our fantastic employees championing our IMPACT value #TeamWork and our supportive and caring managers. We are committed to providing our employees with a variety of routes for progression, for example, from 1st line support you can increase your product knowledge as a Customer Support Analyst, join the management team within Customer Services, or move to our Professional Services, Development, or Product teams. Since the start of 2021, we are proud to have celebrated over 45 promotions, role changes, and horizontal moves in Customer Support. To support these internal moves and promotions, we are proud to run an extensive induction training for our Customer Support team that usually lasts 2-4 weeks, depending on the products. This is delivered by our Customer Service experts who are able to bring the training to life with their own experiences. The training is a blend of customer service, legislation, product and process training with practical activities. There are also opportunities to shadow experienced colleagues, so that your learning journey continues in the role with regular up-skill training. In addition, to support our employees and build their knowledge, we have recently launched a brand-new IRIS help hub, which provides individual help centres for our range of products. This includes 18 help centres which provide information and knowledge articles on the products for both colleagues and customers. Our content design team are continually working with the business to grow the number of help centres available. Paying our employees fairly and competitively for their hard work is of the upmost importance to us, and we're delighted to be officially recognised as a Real Living Wage employer. This means we commit to paying a fair wage to cover at least the real cost of living in the UK as calculated by the Real Living Wage Foundation. In addition, we offer our career progression scheme in Customer Support to provide transparent progression and automatically reward employees when they hit career milestones. We would encourage you to reach out to your manager or HR representative if there is a specific opportunity that you’re interested in and to discuss your career ambitions in more detail so that we can help. Kind regards, the HR Team
