We are delighted that you recognise our fantastic offices, such as our Heathrow Approach office which has modern and spacious work areas, fun and relaxing zones, food onsite, and free parking. Employee feedback is very important to us, and we are proud to have a variety of different methods for our employees to share their thoughts with us. We encourage all employees to use our monthly employee engagement survey, Peakon, so that managers and senior leaders can act on immediate feedback and comments quickly. Since its launch, we are delighted that employees have shared more than 50,000 comments and managers have posted over 41,000 interactions, responses, and follow-up questions. We also have 48 Employee Voice Ambassadors (EVAs) across several departments, who support business improvements by listening to our teams feedback and presenting their findings at monthly breakfast meetings with their Executive member and Heads of Function. The training was the best training I've ver had at a business

Cons

- one of the lowest paying account manager roles on the industry - reduced and changed commission structure after a record month / year end April 2022 - they promote about looking after staff and having values but this couldn't be more from the truth, staff overturn is really high every month / couple months - directors / management dont have people skills and tell alot of lies and dont support people - I was dismissed after reporting a manager to HR and then they dismissed me with no disciplinary procedure saying the manager I reported said I took her in a room and swore at her One of the worst companies I've ever worked for and I overachieved my targets

Whilst we cannot comment on the specifics of any individual situation, we are proud to have a robust and fair disciplinary procedure that is aligned with ACAS best practice and is followed in such cases. We work hard across IRIS to give all managers the skills they need to motivate, develop and inspire their teams, and we created our dedicated Managing with IMPACT training programme to do just that, as well as providing managers with ongoing support, communication, emotional intelligence and practical training, HR coaching, wellbeing tools and regular check-ins with their managers to ensure they’re performing at their best. We are delighted to have sponsored 74 mangers to take our Managing with IMPACT programme and are continuing the success of our Leading with IMPACT programme inviting 43 senior employees to attend this year. We are also delighted to reward our fantastic salespeople with a comprehensive commission scheme that has been rolled out across the function to provide monthly commission payments. Our sales commission scheme hasn’t been reduced, instead we have reshaped it for FY23 to promote the chance to earn 200% of commission when the target is achieved. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our extensive sales training. We are proud to run a 4-week induction and training course, which training covers the end-to-end sales process, supported by individual training modules and a tailored product training programme. We also provide dedicated personal performance coaching for our salespeople so that they can develop their skills, learn different products, and grow their careers.
