Employee feedback is very important to us, and we’re delighted to continue to use Peakon, a monthly employee engagement tool, since 2020. Since its launch, employees have shared over 50,000 anonymised comments with managers and senior leaders, who have posted over 42,000 interactions, responses, and follow-up questions.
