Induction was good and colleagues have been really supportive. Its fast paced, lots going on and the opportunity to really expand your skillset.

Cons

Have to be able to deal with multiple things, quite a steep learning curve.

We are proud to offer a variety of fantastic opportunities for growth and development to expand our employees’ skillset, work on different tasks, plan their future career goals, and join our Mentoring Scheme, which encourages employees to share their knowledge and expertise in support of their colleagues’ progression and development. We are also proud to support the hundreds of employees who are nominated each year to join our High Potential Programme, which provides employees with the opportunity to network, gain new skills, and self-reflect on their own development through a range of activities to develop their career with us. We appreciate that we are a fast paced and ambitious organisation, establishing clear goals and objectives on a regular basis to our global family. We do our upmost to communicate our plans and priorities and ask our staff for their input and feedback to organise our workloads effectively. We run a monthly Peakon survey which allows employees to provide immediate, real-time feedback to managers and leaders on the tasks they are working on and any suggestions. We also provide training modules on ‘How to Deal with Pressure, Stress & Pressurised workloads’, ‘Time Management’ and ‘Mental Wellbeing & Resilience’, as well as build and promote a range of IT tools to help our teams manage their workload. We are delighted that you recognise our extensive UK benefits package which includes a range of fantastic benefits such as life insurance, income protection, 26 holiday days, company-funded private healthcare, employee assistance programme, discounted gym memberships, matched pension scheme with NI uplift, our electric car scheme and many other benefits our employees can choose from. We do our upmost to communicate our plans and priorities and ask our staff for their input and feedback to organise our workloads effectively. As an example, we listened to feedback from our employees and launched our Meet Free Friday policy. This initiative encourages our employees to avoid scheduling recurring meetings on a Friday, so to enable more time to focus on long-term projects, personal development, daily priorities, and plan for the upcoming week. We are also delighted to recognise our employees for their hard work and celebrate those who live our values with our quarterly IMPACT Awards. Each quarter, employees can nominate their colleagues for truly demonstrating our IMPACT values. The winner is selected by our Executive team, and gifted with a reward.
