Pros

I have only been working with Iris for under a year. During that time I have been inspired by the Leadership and the ethos of my colleagues. Having participated in a few change projects now, I genuinely feel that everyone wants the best outcome for the company and lives the Company values daily. There are a lot of initiatives to help with the challenges that COVID last set us, for example a remote workplace support group, lots of green initiatives. I was worried about joining a large organisation and getting lost, I need not have feared, Iris are big enough so you can develop yourself and your skill set, and yet small enough so that you feel part of a team, and you can make a difference. Looking forward to the next stage of the journey.

I have to say, IRIS seems to be pulling out all the stops to ensure the wellbeing of employees. There have been lots of initiatives this year aimed at rewarding strong performance, as well as plenty of investment in mental health and ensuring we are all getting through this together. Feels great to be part of this company

I started off working for a small company that provided accountancy software to accountants. IRIS acquired this company 6 years ago and at first i was a little nervous but everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Since the acquisition IRIS have : - More then tripled my annual earnings . - Paid for my accountancy qualifications. - Taken me and my wife on holiday. - Given me over £1000 in vouchers. - Given me the opportunity to win £50,000 with the IRIS CEO awards.

Cons

Sometimes the sales environment can be a little pressured, which is understandable.
