We’re delighted that you recognise our fantastic and award-winning product portfolio which we’re consistently looking to expand to continue delighting and attracting customers. We’re also really pleased to hear that you appreciate the total reward package we offer at IRIS, and specifically for our excellent salespeople, where we provide a comprehensive commission scheme and a range of other incentives throughout the year to reward consistency of achievement. This includes running a recognition award for our highest performing salespeople each quarter with one of the prizes being the chance to win a Mini, as well as inviting our Elite Club on luxury trips to places like Las Vegas.
We’re very proud to provide a range of learning and development courses to help all our IRISians grow in their personal and professional development. Part of our offer is our ELEVATE Programme pathway, which consists of 15 different courses focused on enhancing soft skills and taking you to the next level. Courses range from how to effectively deliver feedback, setting yourself SMART goals, developing clear communication, listening skills, and how to grow in emotional intelligence. These courses are open to all employees at all levels, from juniors up to the Senior Leadership Team. We regularly promote these courses across all channels with an email recently being sent from our L&D Director, encouraging all IRISians to enrol in an ELEVATE course.
We’re extremely proud of our fantastic CEO, Elona who regularly communicates with our IRIS family keeping them up to date with news around the business. Each week, employees can expect to receive shout outs from our CEO in her weekly email celebrating our #IRISHeros. IRISians also frequently share with us that they find Elona authentic and inspirational, for example, in one of our recent surveys, an employee commented: “[Elona’s] an amazing, ambitious and inspiring CEO”.
