We’re delighted that you recognise this, as we work hard to continually listen and act on customer feedback and innovate to provide excellent customer experience. We’re proud to have recently been shortlisted for the ‘Company of the Year’ award at the Bett Awards, crowned ‘Tech Employer of the Year’ at the Thames Valley Tech Awards, and be certified as a Great Place to Work© for the third year running. Paying our employees fairly for their work is of the upmost importance to us, and we are proud to run an annual salary review process, which includes using external benchmarking data, to make sure we are paying fairly and competitively compared to the market. We are also delighted to reward our fantastic salespeople with a comprehensive commission scheme with the chance to earn 200% of commission when the target is achieved. We also provide a range of other incentives and rewards for our salespeople, such as regular competitions with the chance to win big prizes and our Elite Club’s luxury trips to Las Vegas and other exciting places. We’re continuing to increase employee engagement in Peakon, our engagement platform, and are so pleased to have attained an engagement score of 7.9 for our Commercial department, which is above our industry benchmark. We’re also consistently scoring high in our drivers for ‘Reward’, ‘Organisational Fit’ and ‘Management Support’. We were so pleased to hear that our employees strongly agreed that we make people feel welcome when they join and everyone cares deeply about each other in our recent Great Place To Work© survey. We are proud to be a market-leading company providing excellent products and services to our customers. IRIS is the official supporter of accountants, helping over 23,000 UK firms to run their business. At this year’s Accounting Excellence Awards, 86% of the winners were IRIS customers. We’re also delighted to have recently been recognised for our achievements. One of our wonderful acquisitions, Dataplan By IRIS has recently won the ‘Specialist Payroll and HR Provider’ category at this year’s Reward Strategy Awards for its Hospitality Service. Our Marketing team have also delivered a fantastic service, winning four more awards in addition to the Integrated Marketing Campaign of the Year, for our Time to Grow campaign. We were also named Tech Employer of the Year at the Thames Valley Tech Awards 2022. Focusing on delivery, we’re very proud to have successfully launched our multi-year investment Elements platform, a next generation, end-to-end, integrated, MTD-ready cloud software tool for our accountancy customers. We’ve worked with customers to design a new technology platform which helps them grow their business and improve their service to clients through an ecosystem of integrated apps and modules. Over 300 customers attended our launch event in 2019, and we have continued to develop new modules, including our IRIS Elements Financial Performance Review module which launched in July 2021. From these humble beginnings, we are now selling this product to numerous customers worldwide. In May 2022, we were delighted to have fully launched Elements with a full compliance suite, productivity toolkit and advisory area, all of which are unique in the market. We’re constantly investing in our leaders too. We’re proud to have partnered with Verosa to create our Leading with IMPACT training course for senior leaders in IRIS. We launched this programme in 2022, with over 30 senior managers being invited. It is a highly experiential, interactive, and thought-provoking programme which consists of three classroom-based modules delivered across four days over 8 to 12 weeks. We’re delighted that in Peakon, our employee engagement survey, we have achieved a score of 8.8 for Freedom of Opinion with managers, which is above our true benchmark, meaning our employees strongly feel that their manager listens to and considers their ideas, concerns, and opinion. We recognise that people are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re proud that our 88% of employees surveyed believed they can get empathy and support from management in our latest Great Place to Work survey.
