We are proud to be a market-leading company providing excellent products and services to our customers. IRIS is the official supporter of accountants, helping over 23,000 UK firms to run their business. At this year’s Accounting Excellence Awards, 86% of the winners were IRIS customers. We’re also delighted to have recently been recognised for our achievements. One of our wonderful acquisitions, Dataplan By IRIS has recently won the ‘Specialist Payroll and HR Provider’ category at this year’s Reward Strategy Awards for its Hospitality Service. Our Marketing team have also delivered a fantastic service, winning four more awards in addition to the Integrated Marketing Campaign of the Year, for our Time to Grow campaign. We were also named Tech Employer of the Year at the Thames Valley Tech Awards 2022.
Focusing on delivery, we’re very proud to have successfully launched our multi-year investment Elements platform, a next generation, end-to-end, integrated, MTD-ready cloud software tool for our accountancy customers. We’ve worked with customers to design a new technology platform which helps them grow their business and improve their service to clients through an ecosystem of integrated apps and modules. Over 300 customers attended our launch event in 2019, and we have continued to develop new modules, including our IRIS Elements Financial Performance Review module which launched in July 2021. From these humble beginnings, we are now selling this product to numerous customers worldwide. In May 2022, we were delighted to have fully launched Elements with a full compliance suite, productivity toolkit and advisory area, all of which are unique in the market.
We’re constantly investing in our leaders too. We’re proud to have partnered with Verosa to create our Leading with IMPACT training course for senior leaders in IRIS. We launched this programme in 2022, with over 30 senior managers being invited. It is a highly experiential, interactive, and thought-provoking programme which consists of three classroom-based modules delivered across four days over 8 to 12 weeks. We’re delighted that in Peakon, our employee engagement survey, we have achieved a score of 8.8 for Freedom of Opinion with managers, which is above our true benchmark, meaning our employees strongly feel that their manager listens to and considers their ideas, concerns, and opinion. We recognise that people are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re proud that our 88% of employees surveyed believed they can get empathy and support from management in our latest Great Place to Work survey.
