Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re delighted you recognise the opportunities we offer to grow and develop at IRIS. We’re passionate about ensuring our employees have the support and resources to reach their aspirations and progress their careers with. We recognise that IRIS is a fast-paced and growing business and we promote constant change and adaption to ensure we are always #MakingItHappen and communication is an important aspect of IRIS’s vision. We are constantly engaging with and communicating to our employees about our mission as it is important to us that everyone’s departmental goals support our overarching company goals. Employees are also given the opportunity to communicate their feedback to us through anonymous annual and monthly surveys. A healthy work-life balance is of upmost importance to us, which is why our Wellbeing team works hard to ensure that everyone’s needs are met. Our UK’s benefits schemes cover many things that can help with stress-management such as wellbeing apps, access to healthcare and counselling, and discounts on gym memberships. Our Mental Health First Aiders are also trained and equipped with resources to help you keep a healthy work-life balance, or simply offer a listening ear. Please visit the Wellbeing Intranet page to find out more information about what IRIS can offer to help prevent work-related stress, and the Inclusion page is always being updated with Wellbeing events and resources. We’re delighted that our employee feedback granted us a Health and Wellbeing feedback score of 8.4, which is 0.4 points above our benchmark and places us in the top 25% of technology. We’re always looking for ways we can improve, and we would welcome any further feedback. Please reach out to the HR team or email EmployeeFeedback@iris.co.uk. Kind regards, the HR team

Pros

I’ve met some of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The management communicate feedback excellently and the overall office is a great place to work

Cons

I don’t think there’s anything they can do to improve upon. Just keep doing what you’re doing.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re delighted that you recognise that our people are at the heart of what we do. We’re proud of our extensive and varied UK benefits package, including company-funded private healthcare, life insurance, income protection, employee assistance programme, mental health provisions, discounted gym memberships, matched pension with NI uplift, our electric car scheme and many other opt-in benefits our employees can choose from. We’re also delighted to offer flexible working patterns including remote working which provide employees a tailored work-life balance. Paying our employees fairly for their work is of the upmost importance to us, and we are proud to run an annual salary review process, which includes using external benchmarking data, to make sure we are paying fairly and competitively compared to the market. We also offer pay scales in select departments and operate a range of generous bonus and commission to recognise and reward hard work. We work together with Heads of Function and Senior Management to assign consistent increases using best practises and standardised rules and our managers receive extensive training on how salaries are decided. Please check out our ‘Pay and Reward’ page on our intranet for more details on our salary review process. We’re delighted to have recently launched our Career Framework which provides a clear pathway for progression with levels for each function. We encourage you to reach out to your HR representative or your manager to discuss your next steps at IRIS. We’re also committed to supporting employees with training and qualifications. In 2022, we ran courses attended by 1,280 employees, including multiple day programmes, compliance courses, and departmental training. We are also proud to have supported 64 apprentices and celebrated over 260 promotions, role changes, and secondments in the last 12 months to help employees achieve their professional goals. We’re always looking for ways we can be the best we can be, and we would welcome any further suggestions. Please speak to your HR representative or leave a comment in our next Peakon survey. Kind regards, the HR team
