after 15 years and seeing change through the company i only see improvements, the people i work with are brilliant and all work closely across different departments. this makes the cogs turn and make sure we offer the best service to our customers

Cons

if i would have 1 thing would be payrises, i understand from a business POV the reason why they cant give everyone the amount they are after but feel they should look after the ones that have worked hard even if they are on more money than others

I love the working environment. There's talented and dedicated people seeking to do the right thing. The work can be demanding, this is an ambitious organisation trying to make progress on multiple fronts. But my experience has been that the organisation is looking for it's folks to set out a clear plan to achieve a goal and, once it's convinced, gets right behind it

Cons

There's always more that I wished I'd achieved in a day, a week, a month. So discipline and self-confidence is required to focus on that which is most important, even if that thing is not that around which the noise is loudest.
