Great colleagues, great benefits (including holidays and PTO) and they are growing. Training continues to improve very well.

Cons

Communications in the US could improve at all levels. Sometimes the time zone difference with Corporate in the UK can be a challenge.

Amazing People! Good benefits. Hybrid work. Great work/life balance. Invests in the employees. IRIS purchased the division I work in a little over a year ago. I decided to give it 6 months to see how things went with the new company before I made any decisions of staying or taking my experience elsewhere. I jumped right in to get to meet people and network. Everyone is so nice and helpful. It did take a little time for me to get used to things but I can say I have no plans of going anywhere anytime soon. They emphasis on work life balance. As a newer company in the US they are working on improving and streamlining benefits. I am feeling more support here at IRIS than I felt in a long time at my prior company. I would definitely recommend IRIS.

Cons

Sometime the 5 hour difference between UK and US. Meetings can be super early if you work with teams in the UK. But you learn to get used to it. Communication can be a little slow at times but again something you get used to.

Working at IRIS Software Group has provided me with a plethora of upside. Starting off with the fact that the company appropriately compensates employees, provides a solid work/life balance, great career track trajectory, and great benefits/401k/etc. I've grown each and every month as an employee of IRIS Software Group, and I plan on continuing in that direction. Everyone from entry-level > middle management > executive leadership has been an absolute pleasure to work alongside of.

Cons

Not many other than the anticipation to see how the consolidation of IRIS and all of its products and businesses continues to come to fruition from a product standpoint and overall company branding.
