We are proud to run a quarterly learning curriculum, which provides a range of courses on practical, interpersonal, and professional skills, and offer an extensive selection of apprenticeships across the IRIS family. Since 2020, we have been proud to provide an annual programme for our high potential employees who are ambitious and can excel in their career with us, which includes a range of networking events, developmental activities, and interesting and reflective TED Talks. We also have a dedicated Women into Leadership cohort to foster and cultivate the great talent we have among our female colleagues at IRIS.
