Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, although we are surprised and disappointed by your comments. We are proud to offer our commercial employees coaching with a personal development expert. We also run an extensive induction training for our Customer Support team that usually lasts 2-4 weeks, depending on the products. This is delivered by our Customer Service experts who are able to bring the training to life with their own experiences. The training is a blend of customer service, legislation, product and process training with practical activities. Employee feedback is very important to us, and we encourage our employees to use our immediate feedback tool, Peakon, to share their ideas and concerns with managers and senior leaders in real time. You can also reach out to our Employee Voice Ambassador with your thoughts, we are proud to have 11 ambassadors in Sales & Marketing, who support business improvements by listening to their employee constituency to gain feedback and present their findings at monthly breakfast meetings with their Executive and Head of Functions. We are proud to conduct regular customer surveys, using an industry-recognised index that measures the likelihood of our customers to recommend our products or services to others; a Net Promoter Score (NPS). Our NPS surveys provide direct feedback of how our customers feel about us, providing us valuable insight into what we are doing right, and where we can prioritise internal initiatives to drive continuous customer-focused change across the business and ensure we continue to invest in the right areas. Our Trustpilot score also reflects the hard work and combined efforts across IRIS to commit to one of our IMPACT values: #CustomerFocus. We’re always looking for ways we can be the best we can be, and we would welcome any further suggestions. Please speak to your HR representative or leave a comment in our next Peakon survey. Kind regards, the HR team.

Pros

there are some excellent people who work at IRIS and the benefits and packages are good

Cons

Everything the company seems to do is poorly planned and done in a rush and without enough resources in the right places. This means corners are constantly cut and quick fixes are the norm, not the exception. There are massive holes that need to be filled in the business systems and processing which cause many of the problems, the rest is caused by a very extroverted culture, if you shout loudly you tend to get resources and budget, people who know what they are doing are often ignored for giving realistic but often unpalatable advice.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review, although we were surprised and disappointed by your comments. We are very proud to have heavily invested in Quantum, our world-class integrated software platform which replaces isolated processes across our business with a fully integrated set of systems, to provide a better customer experience and maximise cross-sell opportunities. We have received lots of good feedback from employees on the improvements these systems have provided to their work processes, and we are proud to continue to invest in this area. We appreciate that we are a fast paced and ambitious organisation with clear goals and objectives that are established on a regular basis. We do our upmost to communicate our plans and priorities through our extensive communication strategy, which utilises monthly site updates, regular newsletters, weekly emails from our CEO, and the use of our Global Teams Channel to let employees know why we are doing something and how it ties into our overall goals. We have recently established Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for each department which specifically set out the priorities and goals for each function. This helps us focus on what’s really important for driving our success in the year ahead. Our strategies are also continually shaped by our employees’ views and expertise. We encourage all our employees to share their feedback in our monthly employee surveys (Peakon), various dedicated inboxes, and our annual Great Place to Work survey. We also are proud to have 35 Employee Voice Ambassadors (EVAs) across multiple departments. We’re always looking for ways we can be the best we can be, and we would welcome any further suggestions. Please speak to your HR representative or leave a comment in our next Peakon survey. Kind regards, the HR team.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, although we are disappointed by your comments. We are proud to operate a range of generous bonus and commission schemes to recognise and reward hard work. We also offer an extensive and varied UK benefits package, including company-funded private healthcare, life insurance, income protection, employee assistance programme, mental health provisions and discounted gym memberships, matched pension with NI uplift, our electric car scheme and many other opt-in benefits our employees can choose from. We use a monthly feedback tool called Peakon to ensure that all suggestions, concerns and ideas are listened to and we were delighted that, in the past 12 months, employees shared more than 31,000 comments with managers posting more than 28,000 updates, responses, and follow-up questions. This has seen our employee engagement rise significantly year on year. We are very proud to be officially recognised as a Great Place To Work™ for the second year running and one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ in 2021. We’re always looking for ways we can be the best we can be, and we would welcome any further suggestions. Please speak to your HR representative, contact EmployeeFeedback@iris.co.uk or leave a comment in our next Peakon survey. Kind regards, the HR team
