it's a Tier 2 company but culture is good & supportive, so as an employee you can be yourself and no stress or micro-management

Cons

No Cab facilities for men, Not a good office ambience. Workstations don't have Dual monitors unless requested, No Standing desks available and office space is very litte for 900+ employees.

Strong work life balance - I really appreciated the healthy work-life balance, especially within the UK team. It allowed me to stay productive while maintaining consistency in delivery. Supportive and collaborative team The UK team managers were very supportive and collaborative. There was always openness to share knowledge, which helped me grow both technically and professionally.

Cons

Limited exposure to different domains.
