Pros

Got paid. 3% of the people are decent human beings. Could listen to audiobooks all night and believe me- you'll need to drown out the gossip and negativity.

Cons

Incompetent, unprofessional, abusive, manipulative, and bigoted management at all levels. The regular employees are worse because they're trying to "out bully" each other to gain favor. Facility is old, run down, and smells of mold. It floods and gets sewage back ups when it rains but they want us to pretend it doesn't. Lots vermin- insect and mammalian. People cough, get migraines, and break out all the time. I found fungus growing in the toilet paper dispenser when a roll fell out. Managers prefer to bully people rather than become better managers. Promotions are based on nepotism, cronyism, and race. The more uneducated and backwoods you are- the farther you go and faster. The organization itself is mismanaged and inadequate. This place should have shut down 10 years ago.

Pros

The benefits are great. Salary is good and the job itself, I liked it. Learn a lot.

Cons

We are extremely understaff which means a lot of stress, little support from management and a lot of pressure. The environment depends on the office.

Pros

Great health benefits if you chose the right plan for yourself or family. No help at all though when selecting your benefits whether insurance or retirement.

Cons

Advance people with less education than you because of a various list of reasons mainly personal preference or families knowing each other. The HR and union departments are really a joke with unqualified people just holding down/filling a position for employment quotas that won't try and help fix anything.
