Pros

Pros 1. No dress code. 2. Several work schedules to choose from 3. Entry into federal careers. great benefits

Cons

1. The job itself is BORING 2. Building Looks like an ugly prison, literally with armed guards throughout. 3. Quick, someone call OSHA. I hear constant coughing and sneezing. The place is filthy. The taxes are dusty and the desks look as though they have never been cleaned. We share desks with a filthy night crew. Smokers right out side the main exit door. 4. Micro-management style of management. Yuk. Constant negative feedback.

Pros

Excellent training (until Congress slashed the IRS' budget).

Cons

Hostile labor-management relations. The Agency's employment practices reveal the animosity the Agency has towards its employees.
