Pros

The benefits are amazing, and certain service centers are worth working at. The health insurance was top tier and not overpriced.

Cons

The pay isn't always conducive to the amount of work performed. Honestly, it's not conducive at all. Service centers vary VASTLY and not all of the service centers treat you the same way. For example, I worked in the NY service center and had an amazing experience. However, when I was working in the Atlanta service center I was treated very poorly and was given incorrect information from my superiors often. It makes it harder to progress within the organization.
