Pros

The federal government offers excellent benefits. They pay 80 percent of Healthcare with many plan options. Excellent pay increases every year. Work life balance and plenty of leave.

Cons

When call volumes are high it can be very mentally exhausting but it feels good to be able to help people with there tax returns/issues
