Smaller firm on the east coast so still building a reputation, lower salaries because of this.

Cons

Not enough employees and over worked. Expected to work 12 to 14 hours a day to keep up with work load.

Pros

Depending on the project team, you may get lucky and get a new boss who won't try to brainwash you into their corporate culture of gloss. Everything looks great on paper - decent benefits and good infrastructure overall corporately, that is. Work/life balance depends on whether the position is exempt or not.

Cons

Lots of red tape. Very inefficient organization. Lots of low motivated and type A personalities people who put in half-hearted efforts but want to take all the credit. Very much a sink or swim environment with very little on the job training of all the internal red tape.
