Strong teams and great people on project execution level

Cons

Management is out of touch with issues with their people and their teams. The solution is always to just spread more work to ever-shrinking number of people, with no incentive in return. Management is not proactive, just waits for problems to occur and hopes their teams will address them by working more.

- PE's and PM's can use company vehicles to get to job sites

Cons

No real support from management. Operations and Sales/Estimating are on two totally different pages for how job install happens Not enough staff for how many projects are going on, so things get missed often
