Pros

Vast array of different work. Specialty contractor that prides itself on experience and expertise. Upward movement was always a possibility, not just a thought.

Cons

Got too overbearing in middle management. Thought their way was the only way, and the tried and true methods that made ISEC grow like it did in the early 2000's were tired ideas. Nothing wrong with trying new ideas, but when they don't work you need to look inward, not just outward.
