ISEC has clearly communicated core values that aren’t just a meaningless mission statement full of buzzwords. Teamwork, Safety, Respect, Integrity, and Commitment to Customer are fully ingrained in the company culture and drive decisions daily. Great coworkers that make work enjoyable.

Cons

A lot of different and sometimes redundant computer systems that aren’t very intuitive. Workloads can vary from overwhelming to boring.

Travel, out of town projects (if your projects are not local) due to nationwide subcontractor. Very procedure oriented and tight management of field labor and jobcost financials
