The 5 core values that ISEC prides itself on is a reality. Whether in the office or on a job site, all employees operate with these values in mind no matter their seniority or rank within the company. It is nice to see everyone coming together to achieve the same goal. The 5 core values are Teamwork, Integrity, Customer Commitment, Respect and Safety.

Cons

The communication between regions is a constant struggle.

Pros

ISEC is employee owned which provides a great working atmosphere where we are invested in helping each other succeed. The people, the benefits, ISEC's Core Values, training at every level, Regional offices all over the U.S., growth opportunity, all contribute to making ISEC the best company I've ever worked for.

Cons

Sharing information between Regions could be improved. There is definitely progress, but more is needed.
