the campus.its not clean like MNCs but very nature friendlyone can easily go for a walk if one wants a break and come back all refreshed and be more productive at work. and yes. smoking is allowed in all open spaces.

Cons

non-significant hikes. they do not put a prize on performance. most of the work gets done very slowly. there are a few people who are very good. but in general you wont find many people to have intellectually simulating conversations with if thats what you are looking for.

Poor management Poor facililities improvement required salary side no recognisation after received client appriciation also lots of politics in promotions and talent recognisation improvement required in tax saving side attrition rate is more, recruitment also more reason is they are not able to keep existing talented employees, but recruits whole year people from outsite who are un-talented.
