Cons 1. Appraisals format is not gud. They wont give not more than 5% If you wana 10% of apprisal you hve to wait for min 3 years in that company. 2. They wont look into the employes problems. 3. Managers are never open to employee concerns, They are helpless. 4. Not much employee benefits 5. Employee unfriendly company policies 6. While you going from ITC on the last day. They will toucher you lyk anythg. You hve to get approval from all the departments then only you get your resignation letter. If you are going sign off from the departments. They will behave vry rude. Its like u can feel that you are in Govt Office standing for a signature. 7. People who are working at client place they wont take care. Once you joined in the client place after that there is no communication. communication will happen thorough mails. They wont respond your mails some times. No employee benefits who are working at client places. This system has to be change.
