Good for married people, who can concentrate on personal lifes Good for people having side business Good for people at junior levels(who easily gets oniste)

Cons

Dont go to onsite if you are at senior level...you are screwed up and live like begger there..I heard lots of examples from people who go on onsite No professionalism Most of Managers are dumb(view based on my manager...). No Promotion, if you get its like a small biscuit to the dog No increments(I shifted to this comp by taking 25% hike. After 2.5 years my coleague(who joined along with me) in earlier company is getting more than what iam getting here..In whole 3 years i got increment of 50K only....though iam at senior level) You dont know when you will get bonus If you refer any one, you have to beg with Account team to get your referral bonus. Its more or less like govt company(i mean when compared to working style)

Was offered a good package compared to the my college mates who joined similar Service Companies Some of my colleagues in my company got opportunity to work abroad

Cons

Was sent to the client company to work on client projects for 1.5 years and there was no proper feedback process from the client side manager to my manager and in turn to me. My manager never felt the need to talk to us through out the period. Some of my colleagues did not have any job. There are not many customers yet.
