Good place to prove yourself as you are allowed to own as much as your like and can work. Good place for overly enthu individuals who want to do more in less time.

Cons

Internal politics between different groups which hampers the growth and performance of the organization and eventually individual. Lack of clarity between defined roles and individuals.
