Insane management. I say this because ITCON management doesn't listen, makes random decisions, and disrespects employees. To make things worse the company tech lead is a habitual liar. He will do and say anything to cover his you know what and to make his self look good. Stay away from this company, it will limit your growth as well as demoralize you. They sometimes may offer a higher salary to get people in the door. However, it's a turn-style the way people come and go at this company.
