      All I Got Was Empty Words, High Workloads and Awful Chaos

      Pros

      When it comes to working ITCON, I remember the countless drawbacks they had, I don't recall any positive aspects.

      Cons

      The management is fake and makes big promises of growth and an appealing future. It's a trick they use to make employees work stressful and brutal hours in a chaotic and unorganized environment. The leadership offers no support or guidance and won't even come and help if you are stuck in a difficult situation. You are left alone and helpless. I quit when they betrayed me.

      Pros

      Like many other reviewer, I also think that the opportunity to work from home was a good one. But it wasn't worth staying here long-term.

      Cons

      The management is doing a terrible job. Your job and your responsibilities depend completely on the number of contracts they have got. It shows that the management is awful at planning. Another thing I hated was the ridiculous and arrogant attitude of the senior colleagues. They thought that they knew everything, while the newer employees were dumb. It wasn't the case. It ruined the workplace ambiance, which could have been easily avoided if the seniors were more accomodating and less self-centered.

      you will wear many hats, but the end result when something comes together is worth it.
