hybrid work schedule is good decent pay (but not benefits) Lean management structure makes it easier to get attention on important matters

Cons

Benefits are not good if you have a family Jobs depend on company winning the contract again Difficult long-time employees that think they deserved your job and are therefore impossible to work with Every employee I interacted with save one was afraid of the CEO
