      You will learn a lot here - always a lot going on.

      Cons

      Employees are not appreciated; no bonus program - the executives keep getting richer while the ordinary worker gets little, if any raise and no recognition o bonus.

      Pros

      good financial performance, Fortune 200, sounds good, fairly good benefits, 401K, medical insurance and so on

      Cons

      management team too disconnected with actual business operations, overall this company doesn't understand about organic growth, their strength is acquisition. They are going through a major consolidation at the moment, reducing the 800 business units down to 150 or so. Huge layoffs, that's why they were able to show such good financial performance last year. However the whole company is very short term driven. and the cross functional communication is very bad. people work in silos. finger pointing and sabotage happens every day, no team building, very low morale.
