      Good opportunities for growth + wonderful colleagues

      Pros

      The members of ITX are a great bunch, welcoming and with wisdom to share. ITX also provides good opportunities for growth, placing a large emphasis on learning new skills.

      Cons

      Salaries tend towards the low end, but are balanced by a good benefits package. Paid time off is also limited when starting (80 hours per year with only 40h carry over), however I've fund their remote first/flex time approach gives enough flexibility for long weekend trips without the need to take time off.

      No raise for you!

      Pros

      My immediate team members were great! Remote work.

      Cons

      They take back their raise offer if you ask for anything higher. They give you an option to either take on a new career path, or quit. Upper management has ZERO clue what real workers do. SLOW business. Six people had left within a two month period. They would rather DONATE to charity, than make sure their employees are fairly compensated. They would rather hire freelancers that they had once worked with from a previous employer, than let their current employees take on the task.
