      Slow to make any changes, very buzz-word-heavy culture, high-pressure work with little support.

      Pros

      Management believes in the value of hard work and learning. Customers are truly the first priority but NOT at the expense of employee job satisfaction. ITX was remote-first before it became in vogue with the COVID-19 pandemic. The global workforce is inspiring and it's refreshing to not have to rely on local expertise to find the best people for open positions. Management holds a monthly company-wide video conference call that is full of accolades, information, and announcements. Questions are encouraged during this meeting.

      Cons

      As of March 2021, comp/benefits package needs to be modernized and much more competitive and in step with the "new" industry standards.

      An excellent small company

      Pros

      ITX has a nice culture. People are caring. Loyalty and trust goes both ways between leadership and staff. There is good work-life flexibility. The conditions for motivation -- autonomy, purpose, mastery -- are in place most of the time. There are many opportunities to have your voice heard, including (three times in the past six years) a semi-annual gathering to places like Mexico, New Orleans, and Orlando.

      Cons

      While the culture is nice, it can feel stodgy and lacks the exciting modern feel you might expect from a "tech" company. Working with distributed remote teams can be a fatiguing grind (even pre covid). The talent level is lacking a bit in "A" players.
