During my time here at IXP Corporation I have had nothing but a positive experience. The workplace is friendly and there is space for growth. Everyone is willing to help when there is any question. Also employees are very professional and easy to work with.

Schedule: work 5 days one week and 2 days the next week Relaxed work environment A few opportunities to move up to CTO or even supervisor Received additional sick hours during the pandemic that allowed us to preserve our PTO incase we got sick We have uniforms, but we don’t have to wear them too often. Diverse group of people (easy to find someone to connect with)

Cons

Need more dispatchers to lighten everyone’s work load (lately: slowly getting better) Hiring process can take 1-2 months
