Great teamwork on night shift. Small community hospital, very friendly.

Cons

Very busy emergency room. Lots of short staffing times and little resources at times, but current management is doing their best to fix things.

The teamwork in this high volume emergency room is amazing. The manager works well with the staff to ensure a quality family life as well as work life. I am proud of the care that we provide to our community.
