Pros

Old employees who were like family (those that are still there) who valued the place..over the years they ran off great people who valued and loved what IMC used to stand for!

Cons

Everything! Directors completing false reviews to make facility look good.So much potential... but lost. Current leadership is lacking on all levels! Good ole boys and girls club that makes the decisions.

Pros

Employees are like family; Employees pull together to support each other - in work to accomplish goals for the betterment of our facility and for the patient - and also in our personal lives when one of our own is suffering (fund raisers to help when a coworker is battling cancer, lost a home to fire, lost a loved one). AWESOME retirement plan and benefits. Administrators all live here - not from some other state and commuting here 1/2 day Monday thru 1/2 day Friday - thus, they are out in the community and have buy-in for this hospital to be successful.

Cons

Healthcare in general is stressful due to all the budget cuts - no one employer's fault.

Excellent Benefits, Good pay, staff is like "Family", very rewarding place to work for any clinician who wants the best for there patient's.

Cons

Healthcare environment is challenging place to work right now for all. Some long hours, and have to flexible and dynamic to survive here.
