We are actively working with our funders to increase budgets so that we can offer more competitive wages across positions, despite financial constraints in the industry and broader economic challenges. In addition, we recently launched a performance-based bonus model for our Behavior Technicians to incentivize high-quality clinical work and provide immediate financial rewards for strong performance, professionalism, and reliability.
