Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear that the opportunities for growth and higher-education discounts have been beneficial. Supporting professional development is a core value at ICAN-B, and we’re proud to offer scholarships, tuition discounts, and clinical mentorship to help our team advance in the field. We understand that being a growing organization can sometimes present challenges related to career mobility. As we continue expanding our clinics and service lines, new leadership and advancement opportunities are constantly emerging across regions and departments. We also recognize that compensation is an important factor in today’s economic climate. We are actively working with our funders to increase budgets so that we can offer more competitive wages across positions. In addition, we recently launched a performance-based bonus model for our Behavior Technicians to incentivize high-quality clinical work and provide immediate financial rewards for strong performance, professionalism, and reliability. We are committed to continuously reviewing compensation structures, creating advancement pathways, and strengthening the overall employee experience. Thank you again for contributing feedback—it helps us improve and evolve as we grow! — ICAN-B Leadership Team

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with ICAN-B! We truly appreciate your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found value in the growth opportunities we provide, including scholarships and support for continuing education. Investing in the development of our team is a core part of our mission, and we’re excited when employees take advantage of these resources to advance their careers. We understand that working with neurodivergent clients can be challenging. This field requires patience, empathy, and specialized training. Not everyone will feel it’s the right fit—and that’s okay. To better support our staff, we offer ongoing clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to ensure our team feels confident and prepared in the work they do. We’re committed to continuously improving employee support and clinical development, and feedback like yours helps us do that. Thank you again for contributing to the growth of our organization! — ICAN-B Leadership Team

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that your start with ICAN-B was positive, and we sincerely appreciate your honesty regarding areas where we can continue to improve. We understand that limited full-time scheduling can be challenging. ABA services often fluctuate based on school calendars, insurance authorization cycles, and client availability, which can impact the consistency of hours. While this is common in the field, we recognize the importance of offering stability to our team. To address this, ICAN-B has been actively working on several initiatives: • Expanding Center-Based Services: We are increasing clinic programming across regions to offer additional consistent shifts throughout the year. • Developing New Service Lines: We are working to bring on additional funders and programs that allow hours beyond school schedules. • Year-Round Opportunities: Our goal is to provide staff with more options during breaks and seasonal slow periods. These efforts are currently underway and represent major areas of growth for us in the coming months. We appreciate all feedback as it helps us evolve into a stronger, more consistent employer. Thank you again for sharing your experience and for the work you contributed to ICAN-B! — ICAN-B Leadership Team
