Most of your colleagues will be smart and you will definitely make friendships.

Cons

Management is so incompetent it just hurt my brain. The show little respect and it's all about the bottom line. They micromanage you, will work you to death and won't spend any money on you. You're made to work 10-11 hours and still grilled about it. I would advise anyone against working there.
