Pros

Smart people from all sorts of backgrounds and you get to work with teams in Europe and Asia. Pay’s a bit better than what most places offer. Solid HR setup. Diverse projects and top-notch tech. Supervisors are hands-on but you’ve also got plenty of freedom. Accessible upper management, no jumping through hoops to reach them.

Cons

Hours can vary depending on client needs.

Pros

Worked with some talented colleagues, and exposure to different technologies was beneficial.

Cons

Project were assigned without proper planning, causing last minute rushes and unnecessary stress. Communication across teams was inconsistent, leading to confusion and repeated mistakes. The workload was chaotic, with deadlines that seemed to be set without any realistic assessment of time of effort required. The overall experience felt frustrating, with little effort to make improvements.
