Pros

Great co- workers , good benefits, stable , pension. SOME great leaders who understand job requirements and maintain employee confidence

Cons

Current high turnover, open door policy is touted by management but it doesn’t feel safe to do so without negative reaction or being viewed as a complainer

Pros

The employees become like boot camp brothers but we are not allowed to form a union to fix the systemic issues.

Cons

I was condescended to, not listened to and my questions over archaic systems put me in opposition to a leadership too stupid to understand. As a regulated monopoly their is and never will be an incentive to change. Very frustrating to be intelligent, curious, capable and still ignored.
