Management is a joke, also don't buy into the "Hybrid" postings in jobs, upper management is completely against working from home.

Pros

Pay, benefits, coworkers, culture and safety.

Cons

The call center used to be a great place to start with the company. Lots of folks retired and instead of promoting from within they hired new senior level management from banks and call centers. Instead of keeping with the values of customer service it’s now become all about the numbers. They will ride you hard and then throw you out with the trash.
