Pros
This company provides opportunities for people who are ready to work for them. It bothers me to that when people say something good about a company they are immediately accused of being shills told to post something positive when in reality people love their jobs at Evoke. In the same stride every bad review is taken as if it was sworn oath with no bias. A good company is one that strives to improve and in my one year at Evoke that is what I see, a growing that has made mistakes and is learning from them and fixing them. No person at Evoke is perfect and they never claim to be, they make mistakes, they admit to mistakes and they work to fix the mistakes rather than passing the blame. This is the exact reason why I want to and will stay at Evoke for years to come. The company is an exciting and fun place to work only made more incredible by the employees, which includes the President and all leadership.
Cons
It can be faced-paced and overwhelming at times, but that is not exclusive to Evoke. This was made clear and I've seen incredible steps to make sure people's workloads are balanced, this isn't something that happens at a snap of someone's fingers.
