The office is nice, but they clearly put more money into the appearance of their company rather paying their staff appropriate wages.

Cons

If you want to be taken advantage of right out of college, this is the place for you. The pay is absolutely terrible, definitely not up to market average. There is very little creative freedom. Designers are essentially told to copy Pinterest photos and designs for their clients work. There is very little innovation going on in the design department, which is unfortunately considering who's are the people with the most talent. Partners are condescending and caddy. They talk about their staff negatively behind their back. There is a stupid dress code, which honestly wouldn't be that bad IF THE PAY WAS HIGHER. The positive reviews are fake and were created to make the stats higher. STAY AWAY!

Young, productive and forward-thinking employees, office close to downtown with a good culture and happy hour Friday's, opportunity for quick promotion and travel, fun clients to work on, opportunity to build creative portfolio.

Cons

Limited promotional opportunity within a creative department because of company size, in smaller city, a niche market, and a quick turn around rate.
