Happy hour wine << essentially the main benefit of working here. Also, having a MacBook was a perk.

Cons

I truly wanted to establish a career with Ideas that Evoke. While you have great clients and projects to work on -- unless your a founder, you aren't valued as an employee. I witnessed catty girl gossip take place by leaders. It is basically like the high school popular girl's lunch table -- and you can't sit with them. In addition, their is little opportunity for career growth or professional education within the company. It is really too bad!

I felt lucky to be a part of such a great, cohesive team. We blended together and worked with a great sense of partnership. I also gained SO much hands-on experience. Being that it was a smaller company, I was able to do and accomplish a lot. I could take ownership and really tackle the job at hand. Evoke definitely has a leg up as we offered the latest innovations, and that was refreshing!

Cons

With every job there are certain comprises we make, but those are simply personally preferences, so I have nothing to add as a true "con."

Good environment, employees are super friendly and do a great job of attacking problems with a "team mindset" Great place to work for recent college graduates, I was given more responsibility than I had at previous employer...sad I had to move away!
