Pros

- a lot of opportunity to grow your career - surrounded by like-minded people, that being, people who are thoughtful, aspirational and really want to provide a great service to our customers - the company culture is really great - it genuinely is a people first company

Cons

- it isn't for everyone given the pace and rate of change. Change is constant, as you need to expect for a scaling tech company

Pros

A smart, enthusiastic team who care about each other, the product and their customers. People are laid back but with a bias for action. There's also an openness to trying new approaches which is really refreshing.

Cons

Like any high growth company, there are growing pains. What once worked may not work anymore, so things are evolving. This can create friction, and patience is required while the kinks are worked out.

Best company I've worked for, but fast paced

Pros

Honestly, this is the best company I've ever worked for. The culture is great from the top down and the leaders in the business are hard working, supportive and most importantly, experienced. The outlook is positive and we're growing with a ton of potential in the short term and future.

Cons

It can be very hectic. Ignition is not the place to work if you dont like constant change and cant handle working on a lot of things at the same time
