Most of the team is all over the world. Toronto, UK, Brisbane, Sydney - you need to feel comfortable working remote most of the time. There are offices but a lot of work is remote. Must be comfortable with zoom

Great teamwork/collaboration Management is proactive in making sure everyone's heard and has everything they need to succeed It's just so easy to work with people and everyone strives to make sure everything being done has sense

Cons

There isn't much I can put here as most of the uncomfortable situations I've experienced were all common startup growth pains but the people made it easier to deal with
